Fees are non-refundable and inclusive of conference kit, e-certificate, access to all sessions, tea/coffee, and lunch (for on-site participants).

  • Final Paper Submission: 28.02.2026

Rules & Regulations

  1. One registration per accepted paper is mandatory for inclusion in the AIP proceedings.
  2. Students must upload a valid student ID during registration to avail the student fee.
  3. Co-authors attending physically must register separately.
  4. Only registered participants will receive conference materials and presentation rights.
  5. No refunds will be provided once payment is made.
  6. Participants must adhere to the Code of Conduct and maintain decorum during sessions.
  7. Organizers reserve the right to alter the schedule or sessions if required.
  8. Participants must ensure visa and travel arrangements (if required) at their own expense.
